Camping Fun at Beaver Creek

Tommy and I had a busy day with the family at Beaver Creek.  We took a bikeride, watched Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle Joe play putt putt (keep an eye on Tommy....he will steal your ball when you aren't looking!), participated in the rubber ducky race and played in the cabin.  We had a really great time and were sad to leave.  Tommy wasn't even five miles down the road when he was sound asleep!

Fear not!  Little Batman is here to protect!

Hanging with Uncle Joe

Ready to toss in the duck

He needed a little help to get it in the river.

Grandpa helped with the second toss.

Tommy and "Benjamin Beaver".  We used to come up with my grandparents when we were little.  I have pictures with this same beaver although it looks like he's been "refreshed".

Pictures at the Playground

Tommy and I went camping with my family (grandma, aunts, uncles, cousins....the whole Stremlow fam!) at Beaver Creek Resort in Gaylord.  He and I went on a bike ride and stopped to play at the little playground.  He was so cute that I had to take pictures.  :)
I love that belly!

:)

Of course we had to swing!

Elmo shirt...of course!

I tried to get a picture of the two of us....I just love his face!

Haha I love this face!! He makes me laugh!

Time to go=tantrum

Fun at the Playground

Tommy and I went to the playground for some fun.  It was a chilly day but didn't slow him down any!  Tommy met a set of twin two year old girls and had a great time playing with them.  I have to keep my eyes on this little boy!!

Children's Museum on a Rainy Day

Because it was a rainy day, we weren't able to do to the playground so we decided to head to "interactive storytime" at the children's museum.  Tommy listened to a story about a little bear who plays hide and seek with the moon and then Tommy was able to make his own moon out of aluminum foil and a paper plate.  He glued noodles and beans on the play to create craters then wrapped it in foil.  He wanted to eat the noodles but did a great job!  He had fun in all the different centers but boy was it busy!!!

Heading to the Fair with Grandma and Grandpa

Tommy and I headed out to the fair again, this time with Grandma and Grandpa.  He had so much fun checking out the animals again!  He and Grandpa got close to several.   Tommy's favorite animal exhibit was the rabbit.  He was in love with them and got to pet a couple.  I had rabbits when I was a kid and loved it so I wouldn't be opposed to having another bunny for my little guy but probably not until next spring.  Karma can't take too much change!

Another visit to the petting zoo.

Camel

We found a little horse.

This wagon was an awesome purchase! It came in handy!

A horse wanted to say hello to Tommy.

We had to say hello to Tom again.  :)

A little more daring with the animals now that he was with Grandpa.

Not a big fan of the sheep!

Bunnies!

So happy to be able to pet

My kid is a goofball!

Riding on the pony.  I have pictures of me doing the same thing. :)
